This includes assessing current processes in hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee support, then designing practical improvements for operations across various markets. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in any field
  • Completed NYSC
  • At least 7 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field
  • Proven experience designing or improving HR processes like onboarding or performance management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members or leading cross-functional projects
  • Ability to use data and people metrics to identify problems and recommend solutions
  • Legally authorized to work in Nigeria

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a technology or healthcare organization
  • Exposure to multi-country HR operations
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Leafsome, Zoho People, or similar tools
  • Experience working with senior leadership on people strategy

Responsibilities

  • Build and run core People Operations processes across the business
  • Track key people metrics like attrition, time-to-productivity, and employee engagement
  • Ensure all employee records, contracts, and documentation are accurate and up to date
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits administration with Finance
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws across all operating markets
  • Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies accordingly
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a structured and consistent experience
  • Coordinate pre-joining logistics including system access, equipment, and Day 1 readiness
  • Manage the offboarding process including exit interviews and documentation
  • Oversee the company-wide performance review cycle and ensure consistency across teams
  • Track performance data and continuously improve review processes
  • Manage and develop the People Operations team
  • Assign work clearly and ensure accountability for delivery and quality
  • Coach team members to handle more complex HR situations independently
