This role supports the day-to-day operations of a fast-moving People Operations function. The coordinator will be responsible for coordinating onboarding, supporting payroll and benefits administration, maintaining HRIS records, contributing to the employee experience and lifecycle, and serving as a reliable point of contact for employee inquiries. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with the People Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations while building a career in People Operations.
