About The Position

As our People Operations Coordinator, you will make your mark on a collaborative team while having fun along the way! You will work with all levels of employees, up to Senior Leadership, acting as an HR professional whilst helping create a culture of growth. iManage believes that People Ops shapes the employee experience, and we are looking for someone who values that too. You will take ownership of core admin processes form day one, including a high volume of data entry and system work that requires real attention to detail. Overtime, you will use tools to document and automate, freeing the team to focus on the experience behind those processes. We are not asking you to have done this before. We are asking you to be curious enough to want to.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in a fast-paced HR/People department, either in a standalone role or as part of a larger team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a track record of accuracy in data-heavy or administrative work.
  • A natural instint to escalate promply, when something is unclear or outside your scope, rather than letting it sit.
  • Comfort working in HRIS or similar systems, and a genuine interest in technology. . Experience with Dayforce is a bonus, but any system experience will be considered.
  • The ability to stay organized and responsive across multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across teams and levels with professionalism and warmth.
  • A genuine interest in the employee experience, not just completing the task but caring about the outcome.
  • An openness and eagerness to learn AI tools and incorporate them into your daily work. You do not need to be an expert, but you should be curious and willing to experiment.
  • A relevant degree to requivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the onboarding and offboarding experience end to end, ensuring every employee transition is smooth, timely, and leaves a positive impression.
  • Maintaining highly accurate employee records and HRIS data in Dayforce, with a strong focus on data integrity and compliance.
  • Managing a high volume of data entry and administrative tasks with percision, staying on top of email, escalating issues quickly, and following through without being remdinded.
  • Understanding People Ops processes inside and out, with an ongoing aim to document, improve, and where possible automate.
  • Researching and answering employee questions through internal helpdesk system, responding in a timely and professional manner.
  • Keeping a constant focus on how employees experience interactions with People Ops and identifying ways to improve that experience.
  • Collaborating with People Operations teams globally with an opportunity to influence how people operations runs at a global scale.
  • Supporting the borader team on projects across compliance, benefits, payroll, and other areas as you grow in the role.
