$81,000 - $121,800

About The Position

At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate — not incrementally, but end-to-end. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come. This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. With 1000+ customers in 60+ countries, strong product-market fit, and world-class investor support, we’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched. Our team is sharp, motivated, and deeply committed to the mission. We move fast, operate with intensity, and take real ownership of the problems we tackle — from early thinking to long-term outcomes. We stay close to our customers — from leadership to engineers — and work together to solve real problems with urgency and care. If you thrive in ambiguity, push for excellence, and want to help shape the future of work alongside others who raise the bar, we invite you to build with us. At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started. Role Overview We're looking for a People Ops Coordinator to own the operational backbone of our HR function. This is a high-execution role: you'll maintain the integrity of our data and systems, manage the mechanics of the employee lifecycle, and keep core processes running accurately across a growing global workforce. You'll report into the Senior Manager, People Ops and work closely with Payroll, Legal, and Total Rewards.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in HR, People Ops, or a related operations role
  • Experience with an HRIS — Workday strongly preferred
  • High attention to detail; you catch your own errors before anyone else does
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where some processes are still being built
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines without things slipping
  • Clear communicator — you know how to flag a problem and follow up without being asked

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with procurement tooling or contractor management workflows
  • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth company
  • Exposure to global HR operations or multi-entity environments

Responsibilities

  • Own the accuracy and integrity of HR data across systems — auditing, reconciling, and resolving inconsistencies before they become downstream problems
  • Administer employee lifecycle transactions in Workday across the full arc of employment — new hires, changes, and departures — with precision and an understanding of what gets affected
  • Manage the operational mechanics of contractor engagement and employee exits, coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders from initiation to close
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR questions, triaging and resolving requests with consistency and speed
  • Maintain internal HR documentation and resources that help employees across regions navigate processes and find what they need
  • Support recurring compliance and operational reporting, and own operational pieces of People Ops projects as the team and function scale
  • Partner across HR, Legal, Finance, and business teams on People Ops initiatives — contributing operational rigor to cross-functional projects as the function builds and evolves
