Role Overview We're looking for a People Ops Coordinator to own the operational foundation of our HR function. This is a hands-on execution role: you'll live in Workday, manage the integrity of our employee data, support onboarding logistics, and keep core processes running accurately across a growing global workforce. You'll work closely with the People Ops Lead and partner regularly with Payroll, Legal, and Total Rewards. The role is right for someone who takes real pride in clean data, moves quickly without cutting corners, and doesn't need a lot of direction once they understand the system.
