About The Position

This is a 6-month (January 4th-June 25th, 2027) paid co-op experience out of our Boston, MA headquarters. All co-ops are required to work from our Boston office 5 days per week. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated co-op to join our People Operations and Benefits team. This role presents a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations while supporting our employees and contributing to the overall efficiency of our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.

Requirements

• Current undergraduate student graduating from May 2028-May 2029 with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically

Nice To Haves

• Have prior experience or coursework in HR or a related field is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general support.
• Provide accurate information and ensure a positive employee experience.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
• Support in communicating benefits information to employees as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR and vendor systems.
• Assist in generating reports and analyzing data related to HR operations and benefits.
• Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improving HR processes and enhancing the employee experience.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to HR and benefits administration.
• Participate in audits and compliance checks as needed.
