Devereux California is a therapeutic behavioral health treatment facility offering residential, community living, vocational and clinical services for adults with special needs. Located in Goleta, CA, this position is responsible for performing administrative functions to support center People Operations (HR) and Learning department activities, while ensuring that functions are performed with efficiency, confidentiality and responsiveness. As a People Operations Assistant, you will provide assistance to the People Operations (HR) department to include the following: New employee onboarding Benefit administration Workers compensation Training Data entry and employee file management What is People Operations?
