The People Operations Manager assists the People Operations Director in managing, planning and organizing People Operations functions including but not limited to employee relations, compensation, benefits administration, performance management, employee safety and workers’ compensation. They will provide consultation, coaching and guidance to Center leadership, managers and PO department personnel to ensure compliance with, and consistent application of PO policies, procedures, standards and practices, and internal and external regulatory requirements.
