About The Position

This internship focuses on supporting the full recruitment cycle across different regions worldwide, with a specific emphasis on leading selection processes for SENA. The role involves actively sourcing talent globally, screening and reviewing candidate profiles, conducting candidate assessments, and writing job descriptions. Additionally, the intern will maintain and update the candidate database in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and support the People communications area.

Requirements

• Passionate about talent, technology, and growth
• Strong interest in recruitment and selection
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiasm for startup culture
• Intermediate or advanced English level
• Interest in communications

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or recruitment tools is a plus
