Vaniam Group
Remote

About The Position

Vaniam Group's People Operations team supports every employee across the organization — from onboarding and benefits to culture and compliance. As our People Operations Intern, you'll build an AI-enabled knowledge base that transforms how employees and managers find answers to their most common questions. This is a high-impact project for someone who cares about employee experience and wants to apply AI to solve real operational challenges at scale.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Information Science, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage and categorize large volumes of information
  • Clear, concise writing skills suited for internal communications and employee-facing content
  • Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment and managing your own priorities
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week for 10–12 weeks (June through August 2026)

Nice To Haves

  • How People Operations functions in a fully remote, growing organization — including benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement
  • Information architecture and content design principles for building scalable internal knowledge systems
  • How to evaluate, configure, and pilot AI agents and chatbot tools for enterprise use
  • Techniques for translating dense policy language into clear, employee-friendly content
  • Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration in a people-centered function

Responsibilities

  • Inventory and organize existing People Operations documentation, including policies, benefits guides, onboarding materials, and process workflows
  • Structure content into a searchable, well-tagged knowledge base designed for self-service use by employees and managers
  • Use AI tools — primarily Claude and Copilot — to draft, summarize, and standardize FAQ entries covering the most frequently asked People Operations questions
  • Pilot an AI-powered FAQ agent or chatbot prototype that can surface relevant answers from the knowledge base
  • Document the content architecture and maintenance process so the People Operations team can update the knowledge base independently after the internship
  • Present the completed knowledge base, pilot results, and recommendations for scaling to leadership

Benefits

  • Generous parental leave benefit
