About The Position

The People Insights Specialist owns programs that monitor and measure Hagerty’s relationships with employees, members, partners, and enthusiasts, including their perceptions and experiences of its brand, products, services, and workplace. The role manages the team’s experience management platform, currently Qualtrics, and supports the broader research agenda through platform administration, study programming, contact-list management, survey deployment, dashboard creation, and project coordination. The specialist also reviews research data, identifies themes, develops narratives and reports, and presents findings to stakeholders in partnership with their manager. The role calls for curiosity, initiative, a strong interest in understanding people, and a willingness to learn new tools and methods. The position is open to U.S. remote work. Team members living within 20 miles of Hagerty’s Traverse City headquarters follow a hybrid schedule, working from the office three days per week. Travel may be required for quarterly events. Traverse City location is a plus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Strategy, CX, or Insights, or equivalent experience.

  • Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes-Oxley and key regulations, if applicable to the role.
