About The Position

This is a rewarding HR career opportunity in a fast-paced environment. The People Function partners with the business to solve complex organizational challenges, ensuring the right people are in the right function to drive results and grow the business. This role is for an entry-level People (HR) Supervisor within the Supply organization.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years' experience in HR function.
  • Proven analytical, influential, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leaders who are naturally ambitious, self-aware, hungry to learn, proactive workers, and analytical.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Ability to work with people at all levels of the company and influence the decision process.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite of tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).

Nice To Haves

  • Open to future relocation for developmental and promotional opportunities preferred.
  • Background in business, human resources, or labor relations is helpful, but philosophy, psychology, or even quantum mechanics majors are also considered.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with PBPs and business leaders to align People initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Support and execute a variety of People initiatives including engagement, talent management, rewards cycle, turnover reduction efforts, and more.
  • Support campus recruitment, trainee and development programs.
  • Analyze people data and generate actionable insights to support business decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
  • Provide guidance on routine employee inquiries and self-service tools; escalate complex issues to PBPs or COEs.
  • Manage & maintain Master Data changes and management, including manager changes, cost center updates, titles, promotions, and salary changes.
  • Process Workday transactions and IT onboarding.
