The Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for establishing a best in class pre-hire experience for new hires. This role is also responsible for ensuring quality management and fulfillment of HR Service requests. In this role, the incumbent will develop broad and comprehensive experience, skills and knowledge in global HR organizational policies, procedures and practices. This role is hybrid - 3 days in office. Contract role - will start with 6 months and has the chance to extend up to two years.
