Southlake Health is seeking a proactive customer service driven People Experience Associate to join our Total Rewards and People Operations team, to provide operational support and deliver high quality people services that enhance the employee experience across the hospital. In this role, you will play an important part in delivering an exceptional employee experience by supporting employees throughout the full employee lifecycle and serving as a key point of contact for People Culture & Experience operations. You will provide day-to-day support in areas including total rewards administration, benefits and pension programs, HR systems management, employee record management, process improvement initiatives, and general people operations support. This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys operational excellence, delivering high-quality service, improving processes, and creating positive employee experiences in a fast-paced healthcare environment. As a member of the broader People, Culture & Experience team, you will directly contribute to creating a seamless and positive employee experience across Southlake Health. You will help ensure employees are supported throughout key moments in their employment journey while maintaining efficient HR operations and helping improve the systems and processes that support our people. This is a 14-month contract replacement position.
