About The Position

We are seeking a People Experience Generalist to join our team. Your role will perform human resources-related duties at the professional level, while mainly responsible for team member relations and general HR operations, you will also support in some or all the following functional areas: compensation, benefits, training, employment, labor relations, affirmative action, and employment equity programs. As a member of the People Experience Team, you will work with 12 other team members and report to our Senior Manager of People Experience.

Requirements

Minimum of three years of relevant experience in the HR field
High School Diploma
At least 21 years of age
Pass background check, physical and drug screening
A valid driver’s license in the state you reside in
Proof of current vehicle insurance
Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree is preferred

Responsibilities

Serves as a point of contact for employee relations matters by supporting the resolution of workplace concerns, advising on policy interpretation, assisting with investigations, and promoting a positive, compliant, and inclusive work environment.
Maintains accurate employee records, processes employment changes, conducts audits, supports required filings, and responds to employment verifications and unemployment requests in accordance with state and federal requirements.
Assists with policy implementation, new hire orientation, compensation analysis, job description updates, personnel issue resolution, and various HR programs and initiatives supporting team member engagement and retention.
Contributes to departmental goals and continuous improvement initiatives, participates in committees and planning processes, and ensures alignment with diversity, inclusion, and compliance standards.
