About The Position

We are seeking a People Experience Generalist to join our team. Your role will perform human resources-related duties at the professional level, while mainly responsible for talent acquisition and onboarding, will also support in some or all the following functional areas: compensation, benefits, team member relations, training, employment, labor relations, affirmative action, and employment equity programs. As a member of the People Experience Team, you will work with 10 other team members and report to our Senior Manager of People Experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience in the HR field
  • High School Diploma
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Pass background check, physical and drug screening
  • A valid driver’s license in the state you reside in
  • Proof of current vehicle insurance
  • Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supports recruitment processes by managing requisitions, offer letters, background checks, onboarding documentation, and new hire communication through the HRIS system while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Maintains accurate employee records, processes employment changes, conducts audits, supports required filings, and responds to employment verifications and unemployment requests in accordance with state and federal requirements
  • Assists with policy implementation, new hire orientation, compensation analysis, job description updates, personnel issue resolution, and various HR programs and initiatives supporting team member engagement and retention
  • Contributes to departmental goals and continuous improvement initiatives, participates in committees and planning processes, and ensures alignment with diversity, inclusion, and compliance standards
