About The Position

The People Experience Advisor will play a vital part in supporting programs, initiatives, and the day-to-day operations of the People Experience team, reporting directly to the Director of People Experience and Integration. In this role, you'll contribute to the team's goals of enhancing the employee experience, focusing on retention, engagement, and growth within RBCx. Responsibilities

• Manage people movement processes including onboarding new hires, supporting internal transfers within RBCx and to RBC roles, coordinating offboarding, and supporting leaves of absence.
• Deliver day 1 RBCx orientation session and manage swag inventory.
• Support planning and coordination of the X Week Onboarding program, working closely with speakers and stakeholders across RBCx, capturing feedback, and implementing improvements to enhance the program's effectiveness.
• Assist in planning and executing employee events, learning and development sessions, town halls, and offsite activities.
• Assist employees with minor technical issues such as connectivity and access problems, escalating to IT support as needed.
• Provide project support within the team, maintaining Asana hygiene, including ensuring timely updates, organization, and accurate project reflection.
• Develop and disseminate targeted communications to promote RBC resources, such as learning program registrations and performance year-end resources, as well as RBCx initiatives, including social events and surveys.
• Organize regular social activities (team lunches, celebrations, wellness initiatives, volunteering, etc.) for our Operations & Strategic Initiatives (OSI) team to strengthen connection and belonging.
