The People Experience Advisor supports the delivery of people-focused services that enhance employee experience, strengthen workplace practices, and ensure alignment with applicable legislation, collective agreements, and organizational policies. Working closely with Service Managers, Service Directors and employees, this role provides guidance on policies, processes, systems, and employee lifecycle activities. The position supports recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance practices, documentation management, and continuous improvement initiatives across all service locations.
