Requirements

  • 4-6 years experience in professional services environment, preferably in a people or recruiting function
  • Some experience in HR systems such as workday beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities

  • Support the BCG X teams by enhancing the employee experience for all CT talent, with a key responsibility being the support of CT career development.
  • Support CDC meetings to ensure consistency in performance evaluation and collaboration.
  • Work closely with the regional CD team to ensure all aspects of the talent review process—such as tenure reviews, case reviews, and dossier preparation—are submitted and completed accurately.
  • Ensure that all relevant data (e.g., Workday, case information, staffing details, case reviews) is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Support the CDC processes and provide L&D feedback from CDC to help shape the overall talent strategy.
  • Support the regional Point of Contact (POC) for functional pillars such as L&D, D&I, Compensation, and Insights & Reporting.
  • Contribute to people-related projects as needed with the intention of becoming the regional POC for one or more of these pillars.
