Responsibilities

Leading recruiting efforts to attract, interview, and hire quality candidates
Creating a welcoming onboarding experience for new team members
Assisting employees with benefit programs, enrollment, and questions
Supporting employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive work environment
Coordinating training, education, and professional development opportunities
Partnering with department leaders on staffing strategies and workforce needs
Maintaining employee records and ensuring HR compliance standards are met
Serving as a trusted resource for team member questions and concerns
Assisting with retention efforts and recognition programs
