We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a People Data & Systems Manager to join the People & Culture team. CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings. YOUR TEAM. The People Data & Systems Manager (Technology &Data) serves as the functional owner of the People & Culture technology portfolio, bridging business strategy, technology delivery, workforce data, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for driving the optimization, adoption, governance, and delivery of People technology solutions while partnering closely with People & Culture leaders, GDC/IT, Payroll, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and external vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Technology, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience supporting HR technology, HRIS, workforce systems, or business applications.
  • Experience serving as a Product Owner, Systems Manager, HRIS Manager, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.
  • Experience managing technology implementations, enhancements, upgrades, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
  • Experience managing stakeholders across business and technical teams.
  • Strong project delivery and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into practical technology solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with UKG, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP, or similar workforce technology platforms.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, sprint planning, and UAT processes.
  • Experience supporting workforce analytics, reporting, and data governance initiatives.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, service delivery, and contract performance.
  • Experience within a professional services, consulting, or matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and execute the People & Culture technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and workforce needs.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities to improve employee experiences, streamline processes, automate manual activities, and increase operational effectiveness.
  • Evaluate business needs and recommend solutions that improve scalability, compliance, data quality, and service delivery.
  • Communicate technology roadmaps, priorities, risks, dependencies, and expected outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Partner with HR teams to evaluate and enhance HR processes through technology-enabled solutions.
  • Document business requirements, workflows, and system procedures.
  • Recommend process and configuration changes that improve automation, compliance, and data quality.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, release readiness, and adoption planning.
  • Monitor utilization and adoption of system capabilities and identify opportunities to maximize existing P&C systems/process.
  • Oversee the administration, support, and continuous improvement of People & Culture technology platforms, including HCM, ATS, performance management, learning, and related workforce systems.
  • Ensure system configurations, integrations, workflows, and processes support current and future business requirements.
  • Coordinate upgrades, releases, testing activities, and change implementations across the technology portfolio.
  • Monitor service delivery, system performance, and user adoption metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with People technology vendors, implementation partners, and service providers.
  • Lead vendor governance discussions, issue resolution, escalations, and performance reviews
  • Support vendor evaluations, licensing reviews, contract renewals, and investment recommendations in partnership with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and technology leadership.
  • Promote workforce data quality, consistency, and governance standards across People systems.
  • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize reporting, analytics, and workforce data requirements.
  • Support ongoing data governance initiatives, audit activities, privacy requirements, and internal controls.
  • Drive improvements to workforce reporting, operational metrics, and business insights that support decision-making.
  • Ensure appropriate controls are in place to maintain data integrity, security, and compliance.
  • Facilitate collaboration and decision-making across People & Culture, Payroll, Finance, IT, Risk, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional working groups and project teams to drive successful execution of People technology initiatives.
  • Develop communication, adoption, and change management strategies to support successful implementation of new technologies and processes
  • Present recommendations, priorities, risks, and project outcomes to leadership and governance forums.
