The People Data & Insights Analyst serves as a strategic link between workforce data and business decisions. In this role, you will design and propose analytics solutions that drive measurable improvements in talent acquisition, retention, compensation equity, and organizational effectiveness — while supporting and contributing to cross-functional HR projects from initiation through delivery. Reporting to the Manager of HR Operations, you will partner closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Talent Acquisitions, Learning & Development, and senior HR leadership to translate complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to organizational priorities.
