About The Position

The People & Culture / Recruitment Specialist plays a critical role in supporting organizational growth and operational excellence by leading strategic talent acquisition efforts and ensuring the highest standards of data integrity across People & Culture (P&C) systems. This position partners closely with Operations and P&C leadership to attract, hire, and onboard top talent while maintaining accurate, compliant, and audit‑ready employee records within SuccessFactors (Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central) and our payroll service provider (UKG Ready). Serving as both a recruiting strategist and people data steward, this role drives efficient hiring workflows, enhances system utilization, and upholds consistent recordkeeping practices that enable informed business decisions. The successful candidate will leverage deep knowledge of HR technologies and talent processes to streamline the candidate‑to‑employee lifecycle, reduce process gaps, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide leaders with reliable, real‑time workforce insights.

Requirements

  • Solid operational P&C or HR experience, ideally in a local or country-specific environment
  • Good understanding of local labor law, regulatory requirements, and operational processes where relevant
  • Strong service orientation and pragmatic problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to apply standards consistently while managing local realities and exceptions appropriately
  • Strong collaboration skills when working with Business Partners, SuccessFactors Key Users, employees, and local managers

Responsibilities

  • Lead full‑cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles within manufacturing, maintenance, quality, logistics, and administrative functions.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies including job boards, career fairs, community outreach, vocational schools, and social media.
  • Screen candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate hiring manager interviews, and support selection decisions.
  • Manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) workflows, job postings, applicant communication, and compliance with hiring documentation.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high‑volume and hard‑to‑fill roles.
  • Partner with marketing or internal teams to enhance employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
  • Track recruiting metrics (time‑to-fill, cost‑per-hire, pipeline health, turnover trends).
  • Partner with Operations to strategically secure top talent for critical roles, ensuring continuity and organizational success.
  • Facilitate onboarding programs and orientation for new hires.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant completion of new‑hire paperwork (I‑9, E-Verify, background checks, etc.).
  • Coordinate with operations, safety, and training teams to ensure a smooth Day 1 and beyond.
  • Execute operational P&C processes in line with group-wide standards, local requirements, and divisional priorities
  • Support managers and employees in day-to-day P&C matters and ensure reliable local service delivery
  • Implement new programs, standards, and processes locally in close alignment with P&C Business Partners
  • Ensure local compliance with labor law, regulatory requirements, and entity-specific constraints where applicable
  • Identify operational challenges, implementation issues, and local improvement needs and feed them back into the wider P&C organization
  • Contribute to data quality, process discipline, and accurate local execution of system-supported processes
  • Support local communication, adoption, and readiness for changes in P&C processes, tools, or policies
  • Act as an important source of practical feedback on what works, what creates friction, and what needs to be adapted or clarified
  • Any other duties as assigned.
