Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Overall GPA of 3.0 or greater.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet application is essential.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the HR Director and HR Manager on key projects related to compliance, recruiting, onboarding, and talent management.
• Post job openings, review resumes, and coordinate the interview process.
• Learn about the application of employment laws, especially in areas like employment eligibility and confidentiality.
• Support the management of employee benefits, assisting with new hire enrollments and troubleshooting issues.
• Learn about payroll systems and how they integrate with HR processes.
