Requirements

5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including hands-on recruitment responsibilities.
Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Certificate in HR Management or related field.
Clear understanding of the HR environment in Texas.
Energized by the opportunity of a start-up environment within a large company.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
Proficiency in Spanish is an asset.

Responsibilities

Deliver full recruitment services, including needs analysis, job postings, sourcing, interviews, and employment offers.
Act as a business partner to the client group, managing all aspects of the employee life cycle with a focus on EllisDon values and Employee Experience.
Support the implementation and management of P&C programs, activities, and annual processes such as Performance Management, Compensation Reviews, Training and Development, Organizational Development, Onboarding, Employee Orientations, and Succession Planning.
Resolve complex employee relations issues in compliance with employment legislation.
Compile, analyze, and report on P&C metrics to identify trends and strategically support business needs.
