The HR Coordinator will be responsible for support and guidance on a wide range of HR matters across Park Hospitality. Using a consultative approach, the Coordinator, People & Culture will partner with the various business units in workforce planning, recruitment, interviewing and onboarding, employee relations, training, workplace investigations, performance management, policy interpretation and implementation, discipline, and terminations. This position will support the design, development and delivery of tailored People & Culture solutions to the business units’ needs. The Coordinator, People & Culture will report to the Manager, People & Culture. The Coordinator will administer daily human resources functions while managing confidential information to support legislative compliance and effective delivery of these human resources functions.
