Requirements

Laser-focused attention to detail when handling sensitive employee data
Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
Customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving ability and willingness to troubleshoot issues creatively

Nice To Haves

Experience with Dayforce or similar workforce management systems
Previous customer service or HR support experience
Basic IT troubleshooting skills or comfort with technology
Experience in security, facilities management, or multi-site operations
Education/Certification in human resources or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Manage the HR inbox & cases like a pro—routing, responding, and resolving inquiries efficiently
Respond to a high volume of employee questions and concerns through our ticketing system, making sure everyone feels heard and supported
Provide talent acquisition & recruitment support to our teams
Onboard new team members with care and professionalism—you'll be their first point of contact and set the tone for their Guardteck journey
Maintain our HRIS systems across all Guardteck regions—ensuring data accuracy and system integrity
Keep candidate and employee information organized, current, and compliant
Run reports and pull data to help leadership make informed people decisions
Support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing creative solutions
Provide comprehensive admin support to the People & Culture team—think document prep, data entry, file management, and project coordination
Backup the HR team when needed—you'll learn the full scope of HR operations
Jump in on special projects and ad hoc tasks with a can-do attitude
Continuously improve HR processes through proactive, creative thinking
