Compensation Range: 55-65K Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, the People & Culture Coordinator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day People & Culture operations across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, processes, and data accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Coordinator will support a variety of HR functions including orientation and onboarding, payroll processing, employee records management, health & safety administration, and general HR coordination. The successful candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience while ensuring operational excellence and compliance
