About The Position

This team member will play a key role in helping us build and sustain a vibrant team member experience that is grounded in a culture of belonging where people feel valued, supported, and connected to each other and share in the co-creating of the company’s vision. You have strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills to help support the operations team.

Requirements

  • Prior experience is highly preferred.
  • Approachable, personable and friendly personality.
  • Attention to detail and highly organized.
  • A sense of discretion as this role handles sensitive team member information.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate all P&C processes.
  • Act as a liaison between team members and benefit providers, such as 401k,etc.
  • Resolve problems with benefit access, time clock, engagement activities.
  • Assist with new hire on boarding and benefits administration.
  • Assist with event planning and training processes.
