About The Position

The People & Culture Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of the People & Culture department. This role is responsible for managing administrative processes, coordinating employee lifecycle activities, maintaining HR records and systems, and serving as the central intake point for team member and manager inquiries. The coordinator ensures requests, communications, and documentation are routed, tracked, and completed accurately while supporting a consistent and responsive team member experience.

Requirements

  • Be a TPS brand ambassador
  • 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work onsite in Acton, MA, four days per week

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central intake point for People & Culture requests, ensuring inquiries, documentation, and communications are routed, tracked, and escalated appropriately

  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires and rehires, including paperwork and system setup
  • Provide administrative support for team member separations, including documentation preparation, system updates, and record maintenance.
  • Maintain personnel files and People & Culture records in accordance with company requirements
  • Process employment verifications and wage verification requests
  • Support Paycom administration, including data maintenance and basic troubleshooting
  • Process promotions, transfers, title changes, and status changes within HR systems
  • Draft, distribute, and maintain People & Culture communications, notices, and templates
  • Maintain employee relations, accommodation, leave, incident, and compliance documentation in accordance with department procedures.
  • Support new store openings through administrative coordination and document preparation
  • Maintain required labor law and workers' compensation postings
  • Track department expenses and submit expense reports as assigned
  • Create and maintain SOPs, trackers, templates, and administrative documentation to support consistent department operations.
  • Support audits and periodic data validation activities
  • Coordinate routine People & Culture communications, ensuring notices, forms, required postings, and department resources remain accurate and current.
  • Support data audits and reporting requests by validating employee records and maintaining accurate People & Culture data.
  • Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture team
