Requirements

  • Significant experience at a senior manager, director, or executive level within People and Culture, HR, L&D, or corporate leadership.
  • Exceptional presentation, video conferencing, and high-level interpersonal communication skills.
  • A self-motivated Big Thinker who chooses power and leadership over excuses, ignoring internet outside opinions to focus on personal evolution.
  • Actively seeking a structured professional path away from corporate politics in favour of personal autonomy and location portability.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute high-level attraction frameworks across digital platforms to identify forward-thinking professionals.
  • Lead structured professional discovery sessions to evaluate candidate suitability using our proprietary 4-step selection system.
  • Guide new associates through a comprehensive integration process, providing strategic onboarding support and performance framework training.
  • Participate in high-level strategy sessions multiple times weekly with an international community of experts to sharpen your message.
