About The Position

The People & Culture Business Partner owns the People & Culture relationship for assigned Angel groups, partnering with their leaders and Team Members on matters ranging from team structure and workforce planning to feedback, performance, accommodations, and the employee lifecycle. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. The role handles confidential Team Member information and is subject to Angel’s confidentiality, information security, and insider trading policies.
