About The Position

Tomorrow.io is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to support their Golden, CO office, focusing on the Space & Sensors department. The role involves attracting and retaining top talent, enhancing employee experience, engagement, and performance through end-to-end strategies. This position requires a hands-on individual who can manage both high-level planning and detailed execution. The role is part of a collaborative global P&C team and aims to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity. The position requires approximately 3 days per week in the Golden, CO office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus as an HRBP.
  • Experience and excitement in implementing AI initiatives to streamline, optimize, and progress the HR function.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of HR best practices.
  • Deep knowledge of local, state, and federal policy and requirements.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders, employees, and HR colleagues.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR data and metrics.
  • Experience with change management and organizational development initiatives.
  • Experience in a Startup environment is a MUST.
  • Self-starter who is passionate about AI, HR & the People Experience and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • PHR/SHRM-CP designations.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and advise managers on talent assessments, professional development, and organizational planning to bring out the best in their employees.
  • Guide managers and employees through employee engagement action planning, performance reviews, promotions, and annual benefits enrollment.
  • Serve as an advocate for employees, providing guidance, support, and resources.
  • Integrate AI tools and agents into everyday people operations to optimize efficiency and empower teams with next-gen technology.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that support company values and promote a positive and inclusive culture, specifically owning and driving DEI initiatives and programs.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and attract top talent.
  • Drive change management initiatives to support business growth and transformation.
  • Leverage data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • Partner with the People & Culture team to ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements and company standards.
