As an active member of an international P&C Business Partner team, you will collaborate across borders and time zones to share insights, align initiatives, and provide unified support to the global QR&E organization. You will be accountable for fostering the Roche leadership framework, enhancing international organizational design and effectiveness, and ensuring future talent and capability readiness across regions.
