About The Position

Quantifind is seeking a People Coordinator to join our close-knit People team at our Palo Alto, CA headquarters. In this full-time, onsite role, you'll be at the center of everything that keeps our workplace humming, from finding great talent to creating an environment where people love to come to work. On the recruiting side, you'll own the day-to-day coordination of our hiring pipeline: scheduling and hosting onsite interviews, keeping our ATS up to date, and partnering with hiring managers and recruiters to move candidates through the process smoothly in a competitive market. As our office management point person, you'll keep the kitchen stocked, ensure the space always looks welcoming and professional, and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and facilities needs, the kind of behind-the-scenes work that makes a real difference in an employee experience. For events, you'll bring logistics to life, scouting and booking restaurants, organizing catering for team celebrations, and coordinating travel arrangements so every event runs without a hitch. You'll also provide executive administrative support as needed, working closely with senior stakeholders across the company. This role is a great launchpad for someone who wants to grow their recruiting and people operations expertise as Quantifind continues to scale.
