The People Coordinator will assist with collective agreement administration, disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and provide guidance on best practices. They will also act as the HR lead for Joint Health and Safety Committees, coordinate WSIB reporting, and support annual compliance reporting. Additionally, the role involves administering employee benefits and pension processes, coordinating recruitment, managing the performance review process, and preparing HR documentation. The position also supports employee recognition and other assigned HR duties.
