Reporting to the Director, People Business Partnering, this role will play a critical part in evolving the People Business Partner function into a more strategic, insight-driven partnership for the business. Working closely with operational leaders across British Columbia, the individual will develop a deep understanding of regional priorities, workforce challenges, and business opportunities to help leaders build and sustain high-performing teams. By identifying trends, leveraging workforce insights, and proactively addressing risks and opportunities, this role will help shape people strategies that drive engagement, leadership capability, retention, and operational success. The ability to connect business needs with thoughtful people solutions will help leaders navigate change, strengthen culture, and make informed decisions that positively impact employees, patients, and the long-term success of the organization.
