This role is crucial for driving new business and fostering client relationships in a high-growth market.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of strategic sales experience.
  • Successfully networking and managing a referral-based channel sales role.
  • Demonstrated business maturity.
  • Effective communication and ability to relate to business owners.
  • Strong business network with success selling value-added services to senior-level executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota.
  • Strategic Sales Approach.
  • Outside Sales - on site with prospects, customers, brokers, etc. at least 75%.
  • Strong Relationship Building.
  • Ability to learn and understand new offerings, specifically Health Benefit Plans.
  • Collaborate well with others at ExtensisHR such as Solutions Consultant, Proposal Manager, HR Manager and other subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

  • Solicit PEO business from prospects.
  • Establish relationships with channel partners.
  • Retain customers.
  • Conduct at least 75% of activities outside the office.
  • Drive new business and build lasting client relationships.
  • Sales Generation and Leads.
  • Broker Relationship Management.
  • HQ Collaboration.
