This role focuses on driving new business and cultivating lasting client relationships within a high-growth market. ExtensisHR offers comprehensive HR solutions including personalized services for HR, employee benefits, payroll and taxes, employer risk, compliance, and employee management, managing over $3 billion in employment-related costs annually.

Requirements

Proven track record of strategic sales experience
Successfully networking and managing a referral-based channel sales role
Demonstrated business maturity
Effectively communicate and relate to business owners
Strong business network with success selling a value-added service to senior level executives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota
Strategic Sales Approach
Outside Sales - on site with prospects, customers, brokers, etc. at least 75%
Strong Relationship Building
Ability to learn and understand new offerings, specifically Health Benefit Plans
Collaborate well with others at ExtensisHR such as Solutions Consultant, Proposal Manager, HR Manager and other subject matter experts
