ExtensisHR, a leading Professional Employer Organization (PEO), is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand its presence in Los Angeles, California. This role focuses on driving new business and cultivating lasting client relationships within a high-growth market. ExtensisHR offers comprehensive HR solutions including personalized services for HR, employee benefits, payroll and taxes, employer risk, compliance, and employee management, managing over $3 billion in employment-related costs annually.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of strategic sales experience
  • Successfully networking and managing a referral-based channel sales role
  • Demonstrated business maturity
  • Effectively communicate and relate to business owners
  • Strong business network with success selling a value-added service to senior level executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota
  • Strategic Sales Approach
  • Outside Sales - on site with prospects, customers, brokers, etc. at least 75%
  • Strong Relationship Building
  • Ability to learn and understand new offerings, specifically Health Benefit Plans
  • Collaborate well with others at ExtensisHR such as Solutions Consultant, Proposal Manager, HR Manager and other subject matter experts
