Requirements

  • Proven track record of strategic sales experience
  • Successfully networking and managing a referral-based channel sales role
  • Demonstrated business maturity
  • Effectively communicate and relate to business owners
  • Strong business network with success selling a value-added service to senior level executives in the Northeast
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Goal oriented with a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota
  • Strategic Sales Approach
  • Outside Sales - on site with prospects, customers, brokers, etc. at least 75%
  • Strong Relationship Building
  • Ability to learn and understand new offerings, specifically Health Benefit Plans
  • Collaborate well with others at ExtensisHR such as Solutions Consultant, Proposal Manager, HR Manager and other subject matter experts
