About The Position

As a Peloton Expert, you represent Peloton in a retail store and provide excellent in-store experiences and sales support. You educate visitors about Peloton products and content, create meaningful interactions and customized solutions, and close sales. The role is 40 hours per week and requires open availability. You report to a Store Manager.

The position involves helping current and future Members, staying informed about Peloton products, features, and content, and contributing to store operations and cross-departmental initiatives.

Requirements

• Sales, service, or fitness experience in a customer-centric environment.
• Ability to create immersive customer experiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Approachable, empathetic, and a good listener.
• Ambitious, hardworking, and team-oriented.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for health and wellness.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, and lift items weighing 25 lbs or more, with reasonable accommodations available.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service and solutions to current and future Members.
• Stay current with new products, features, and content.
• Help customers find products suited to their needs.
• Meet or exceed established performance goals.
• Contribute to store activities, including inventory management, merchandising, marketing, and other assigned duties.
• Participate in cross-departmental initiatives that may include Commercial, Third Party Retail, Corporate Wellness, community events, and Member Support.
