About The Position

As a Peloton Expert, you are passionate about fitness, technology, and Peloton. Reporting to a Store Manager, you provide excellent in-store experiences and sales support in Peloton retail stores. You educate visitors about Peloton’s products and content, create meaningful interactions and customized solutions, and close sales. You represent Peloton and help customers become Peloton Members. This part-time role is eligible to participate in a monthly commission compensation plan. The position is based at Westfield Valley Fair Mall in Santa Clara, California. Part-time team members are eligible for benefits beginning on their date of hire.

Requirements

Sales, service, or fitness experience in a customer-centric environment.
Ability to create immersive customer experiences.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Approachable, empathetic, and a good listener.
Ambitious, hardworking, and team-oriented.
Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Passion for health and wellness.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, and lift items weighing 25 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent service and solutions to current and future Members.
Stay current with new products, features, and content.
Help customers find the right product for their needs.
Meet or exceed established performance goals.
Contribute to store activities, including inventory management, merchandising, marketing, and other assigned duties.
Engage in cross-departmental initiatives, which may include Commercial, Third Party Retail, Corporate Wellness, community events, and Member Support.
