About The Position

As a Peloton Expert, you provide excellent in-store experiences and sales support. You educate visitors about Peloton’s products and content, create meaningful interactions and customized solutions, and close sales. You represent Peloton and help customers become Peloton Members. The role is eligible to participate in a monthly commission compensation plan and company benefits. It is based at Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi, Michigan.

Requirements

Sales, service, or fitness experience in a customer-centric environment.
Ability to create immersive customer experiences.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Passion for health and wellness.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods and bend and lift items weighing 25 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent service and solutions to current and prospective Members.
Stay current with new products, features, and content.
Help customers find products suited to their needs.
Meet or exceed established performance goals.
Contribute to store activities, including inventory management, merchandising, marketing, and other assigned duties.
Participate in cross-departmental initiatives that may include Commercial, Third Party Retail, Corporate Wellness, community events, and Member Support.
