About The Position

As a Peloton Expert, you represent Peloton in a retail store and provide excellent in-store experiences and sales support. Reporting to a Store Manager, you educate visitors about Peloton products and content, create meaningful interactions and customized solutions, and close sales. The role includes helping customers become Peloton Members and supporting store operations and cross-departmental initiatives. The position is based at Westfarms Mall in West Hartford, Connecticut, and is part-time. It is eligible for the monthly commission compensation plan and company benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service and solutions to current and future Members.
• Stay current with new products, features, and content.
• Help customers find products suited to their needs.
• Meet or exceed established performance goals.
• Contribute to store activities, including inventory management, merchandising, marketing, and other assigned duties.
• Engage in cross-departmental initiatives that may include Commercial, Third Party Retail, Corporate Wellness, community events, and Member Support.
• Educate visitors about Peloton products and content, create customized solutions, and close sales.
