About The Position
We are seeking experienced Pega Developers and Architects with a strong background in healthcare to join our team. This role involves leading Pega architecture and solution design, focusing on claims-matching, business rules, routing, and exception handling. You will drive integrations with claims and enterprise systems, and a healthcare payer/claims background is strongly preferred. We have openings for both Senior Lead Pega Developer/Architect roles and Mid-Level Pega Developer roles.
Requirements
- Strong background in healthcare
- Experience with Pega development and workflow configuration
- Experience with business rules, claims-matching logic, and integrations
- Experience with Pega Robotics/RPA and Robot Manager (for Mid-Level)
- Healthcare payer/claims experience strongly preferred
- QNXT or payer experience preferred (for Mid-Level)
Nice To Haves
- CLSA/CSSA certification preferred (for Senior Lead)
- CSA/CSSA certification preferred (for Mid-Level)
