About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Pega Developer for a hybrid position (3 days onsite) with a Global Financial Institution located in Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This is a hands-on role responsible for the design and development of an overall application, including re-usable classes and frameworks. The ideal candidate will provide scalable and resilient solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements, with a focus on Pega Cosmos implementation and UI design system best practices.

Requirements

PEGA CLSA or PEGA CSSA certification with requisite experience
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Senior Pega Developer
Experience with Pega / PegaRules Process Commander (PRPC)
Proficiency in Oracle SQL / PLSQL, JavaScript, Java, HTML, and CSS3
Experience with SOAP, REST/JSON, and XML
Knowledge of UI/Cosmos
Demonstrated knowledge of Agile scrum, Pega code reviews, guardrail compliance, and UI design system best practices

Responsibilities

Design and develop overall application including re-usable classes and frameworks, component design, and UI design providing scalable and resilient solutions
Design and Implement PEGA Enterprise Class Rules, Flows, Activities, Reports, Correspondence, Case Management, Integrations, Data Pages, Agents, Queue Processors, and Job Schedulers
Handle UI design, Dashboards, BIX Troubleshooting, and debugging
Resolve Accessibility issues for UI in Theme Cosmos
Automate testing, package deployment, verification, and application monitoring
Configure Pega server and optimize Oracle database queries for performance testing execution
Manage Stream and Search configuration, troubleshooting and fixing issues identified in load volume tests
