Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA)
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Pega solutions supporting critical banking and insurance business processes. This role is responsible for architecting scalable applications, defining technical standards, mentoring development teams, and ensuring alignment between technology solutions and business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the Pega platform, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record designing and implementing complex solutions within highly regulated financial services environments.
Requirements
- 12+ years of Pega development experience.
- 3+ years of experience serving as a Lead System Architect or equivalent architecture role.
- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification is required.
- Strong experience with Pega Infinity platform.
- Deep expertise with Constellation UX
- Deep expertise with DX API
- Deep expertise with Enterprise integration patterns
- Deep expertise with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Deep expertise with Common Data Model concepts
- Experience designing solutions in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance environments.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to guide distributed development teams and drive architectural decisions.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship. Visa sponsorship and visa transfers are not available for this position.

Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and development of complex Pega applications utilizing Pega Infinity and Constellation UX.
- Define reusable frameworks, components, and design standards to accelerate delivery and support long-term maintainability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, including architecture reviews, code reviews, and release governance.
- Mentor developers and promote best practices across development teams.
- Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems, external data providers, payment platforms, and other critical business applications.
- Drive performance, scalability, security, and compliance considerations across all solution designs.
- Support CI/CD initiatives and DevOps practices for Pega deployments.
