Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA)
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) to lead the design and development of complex enterprise Pega solutions for a leading financial services client. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Pega architecture, Constellation UX, enterprise integrations, and large-scale application delivery within highly regulated environments. This role requires a hands-on architect who can drive technical strategy, establish reusable frameworks, mentor development teams, and ensure delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
- 12+ years of overall IT experience
- 12+ years of hands-on Pega development experience
- 3+ years of experience serving as a Pega Lead System Architect
- Active Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification required
- Deep expertise with Pega Infinity
- Deep expertise with Constellation UX
- Deep expertise with DX API
- Deep expertise with Enterprise application integration patterns
- Deep expertise with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Deep expertise with Common Data Model concepts
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within Financial Services and/or Insurance environments preferred.
- Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or U.S. Permanent Residents (Green Card Holders).

Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise Pega applications using Pega Infinity and Constellation UX.
- Define and implement reusable components, frameworks, and design standards.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and Pega guardrails.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across project teams.
- Design and implement integrations with enterprise applications and external systems.
- Drive DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, compliance, and scalability requirements.
