Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is a non-profit organization with over 100 years of experience serving the Spokane community. FBH provides evidence-based treatment to adults, youth, and seniors facing various behavioral health challenges. As a Trauma-Informed Care Organization, FBH is dedicated to fostering recovery and empowering clients to lead fulfilling lives. The organization offers a wide range of services, including outpatient, inpatient, community outreach, and crisis services, often in partnership with schools and law enforcement. The Mobile Crisis Assessment and Triage (MCAT) team, part of the Mobile Response and Recovery Crisis Teams (MRRCT), serves individuals aged 21 and older. The MRRCT program aims to divert individuals from emergency departments, the criminal justice system, and inpatient psychiatric treatment by utilizing community resources for stabilization. This role is part of the MCAT team, which operates as a rapid response mobile outreach program providing services in various community settings to stabilize individuals during crisis events. The primary goal is to connect individuals with appropriate community resources to manage their crisis, thereby avoiding more intensive interventions.
