Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is a non-profit organization with over 100 years of experience serving the Spokane community. We offer evidence-based treatment for behavioral health issues to adults, youth, and seniors. As a Trauma-Informed Care Organization, we believe in recovery and helping clients lead fulfilling lives. We are seeking individuals who want to make a positive impact. FBH values its employees and their contributions to our mission. Our services improve the lives of those we serve and contribute to the health, safety, and quality of life in Spokane County. We provide a variety of services including outpatient, inpatient, community outreach, and crisis services, in partnership with schools and law enforcement. Our programs aim to divert individuals from emergency departments, the criminal justice system, and inpatient psychiatric treatment by maximizing community resources for stabilization. We serve individuals with co-occurring disorders and those who may be homeless. This position is part of the Mobile Crisis Assessment and Triage (MCAT) team, which serves individuals aged 21 and older. The MCAT team is a rapid response mobile outreach program that provides services in various community settings to stabilize individuals during crisis events. The goal is to divert individuals from emergency departments, correctional facilities, and inpatient psychiatric admissions when community resources are available. Peer Support Services focus on recovery, self-advocacy, developing natural supports, maintaining community living skills, and promoting self-sufficiency.
